McCarren Pool Parties Return!
Ahh summer, the perfect time for bbq’s, beaches and…an olympic sized pool filled with awesome bands, dodgeball games and a slip n’ slide?!
Yeah, the free Sunday Pool Parties at McCarren Pool return next weekend and just like last summer, this year’s events looks to have already booked up all your Sundays for the rest of the summer. Presented once again by the fine people over at JellyNYC, this year’s lineup is already filled with an eclectic and exciting roster of musical talents beginning next Sunday (June 24th!) with Superchunk and Oakley Hall and continuing on with highlights from Man Man, TV on the Radio, Ted Leo and others. July 15th - Ponderosa Stomp Look Out Brooklyn Version ft. Roy Head, Bobby Patterson, Willy Tee, Tammi Lynn, Ray Sharpe (backed by the A-Bones), Tommy McClain (backed by Yo La Tengo) & others!

It’s that time of the year again when JellyNYC brings you music, slip n slide and dodge ball at McCarren Park Pool. We are looking for volunteers for a 9 week summer event starting June 24 to August 19th, every Sunday come rain or shine. Get ready AGAIN for a summer of great music and great fun and Sundays you’ll never forget.
