There were a lot of things going on at Fucked Up’s Brooklyn show this previous Saturday. Movies being filmed, discussions of the Cro-Mags’ John Joseph, lead singer Pink Eye performing his usual striptease. The most surprising element about Saturday, however, may have been that the New York Times actually were there covering it. Even more interesting is the fact that the newspaper refused to print the band’s name in the article. They didn’t print the adapted F-ed Up.
