Islands Members Form Human Highway

Do you like those whacky Canadians pop-masters Islands (formerly the much beloved Unicorns)? Well, you are in luck. Band members Nick Thorburn and Jim Guthrie have decided to branch out and start their own side project, known as Human Highway. The group’s debut will apparently feature “hot man on man action” and is inspired by 1950s and 60’s soul and doo-wop music. The album, Moody Motorcycle, will be hitting store shelves via Suicide Squeeze Records on August 19th. No tracks or videos are available yet, sadly, but the group is promising a couple of one off dates throughout North America.
