Bye Bye Astroland

NY1 is reporting that Coney Island’s beloved Astroland will be torn down and closed for good after 46 years of business. Dumbass Borough President Marty Markowitz said, “our focus will be to bring a major amusement operator to that space in Coney Island next year. Because I truly believe that if you can make it in Coney Island you can make it anywhere.” Brilliant. Will Siren Fest be a part of the “new Coney Island landscape?”
