AbsolutePunk.net has posted a tip that The Get Up Kids will be officially getting back together and touring next spring. Apparently, James Dewees announced the news at a Reggie and the Full Effect show in Chicago, IL, stating that TGUK would be back in about six months.
The question is will they be recording a new album much like the recently reunited Rival Schools?

dude, i fucking cried at work when chris kelley told me about their break-up. we drove to lowel and i was able to catch one of their last shows until now! it seems like imma be blessed with their reunion tour! and please, please please… release a new album GUK!
