In Memoriam: Lux Interior, Lead Singer Of The Cramps

I didn’t really get a chance to post anything about the passing of Lux Interior, lead singer of The Cramps. Even though the news has been pretty widely dispersed, I wanted to pay my respects to one of the greatest and most unique frontmen to ever step on a stage. The Cramps were a band I discovered kinda late in life, although, I remember always being fascinated by the band’s image. Later on, I would discover that they were the real deal. My favorite album by the band is Songs The Lord Taught Us and I think it’s physically impossible to hear the song “Garbageman” and not want to dance around like a lunatic. The influence of The Cramps will continue to grow stronger as the years pass and more people discover just how amazing the band was. We here at LNWF said our condolences out to Lux’s family. If you’ve got ‘em, play those Cramps record loudly folks.
