Generation Records’ Record Store Day 2010 In-Store Lineup

Record Store Day 2010 is this Saturday, April 17th. It’ll be a vinyl nerdom galore but also a day of awesome bands at Generation Records in NYC.

The store’s in-store lineup will feature Cymbals Eat Guitars, Black Wine (Ex-The Ergs, Hunchback), Walter Schreifels (Gorilla Biscuits, Quicksand) and The Budos Band. Andrew WK (DJ) and other special guests + friends will be in the house, spinning records and celebrating RSD. Please note, The Obits will not be playing on RSD at Generation. The band was forced to cancel their performance.

Show starts at 2 p.m. and entry will be on first-come, first serve basis. To guarantee your spot, we recommend getting to the store early. Store opens at 11 am so come on out early to get all those prized pieces of vinyl.
