Two of my favorite musical discoveries of the year have both come out swinging today with brand new music videos. The Octopus Project made a video for the song “Truck” in support of the seriously fantastic Hello, Avalanche, while psychadelic rockers Black Moth Super Rainbow made a series of moving images for the track “Sun Lips.” Check ‘em out below!

I could make a terribly corny joke about Black Moth Super Rainbow spreading its wings (moth…wings…get it?!) and touring the country, but instead I will just leave you with a long list of tour dates. These psych-freaky-folk-rockers also plan on re-issuing their first two albums, Falling Through A Field, and Start A People on October 23rd. The group will be touring with the Flaming Lips and Aesop Rock in the upcoming months, in support of their new album, Dandelion Gum, out now on Graveface Records.
