Flight of Conchords Set DVD Release of Season 1

focphoto.jpg

To our disappointment, HBO recently took Flight of the Conchords off On Demand. Luckily, HBO will get us our Murray fix on Nov. 6, with the release of first season on DVD and it only costs $19.99! The Office released their season three DVD with a Schrute Buck; perhaps the Conchords will reward us a “Robots” greeting card or some lightning bolts for our wangers. In early 2008, Sub Pop will be releasing a full length…we are keeping our fingers crossed for the inclusion of “Bowie’s in Space”.

Gorilla Biscuits Making A DVD?

A curious post on the Revelation Records website is asking “If anyone has any Gorilla Biscuits material, including video footage of the band, photos, flyers, or interviews, please contact us. We are especially looking for older, hard-to-find material, but anything you have would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to contact: webmaster@revhq.com”

Does this mean a DVD is in the works for this recently reunited legendary band? Hopefully, just as long as it includes awesome old footage of ’80s NYHC kids going nuts and awesome old band members telling crazy stories.
