Ted Leo Acoustic In-Store At Generation Records – June 17th @ 7:30 pm

Ted Leo will playing an acoustic set at Generation Records on Thursday, June 17th. The free show will start at 7:30 pm. Entry will be first-come, first-serve.

TL will be promoting his sixth full-length, The Brutalist Bricks, which came out two months ago via Matador Records. Buy the album from the store and you’ll receive a signed poster. This offer will only be available up until the day of the in-store. One poster per customer. So come by and pick up the record (if you haven’t already) and see you on the 17th.

Misery Index will be playing at Generation Records on Monday, June 7th. The free show starts at 7:30 pm. This will be the band’s only NYC show on this tour so come hang out.

Goes Cube / East Of The Wall / Descender In-store At Generation 3/30

After more than a month traveling across the U.S., Brooklyn’s own Goes Cube will celebrate their return to the East Coast with an in-store at Generation Records. East of the Wall and Descender will also join them on the bill. The free in-store is set for Tuesday, March 30th at 6:30 pm. See you there.

Frank Turner In-Store At Generation Records On 3/2

Folk/punk singer-songwriter Frank Turner will be playing an acoustic set at Generation Records on Tuesday, March 2nd. The in-store is an early one, with a start time slated for 5 p.m.

So take off work early (or completely), cut class, break off your dinner date, whatever it is. Just be here. You’ll won’t regret it.

Here’s a video of Eerie Von (Samhain, Danzig) performing “Lay The Blame” at Generation Records on January 8th. Eerie was at the store promoting his amazing photography book Misery Obscura.

Lyle Preslar (Minor Threat, Samhain) and Mike D’Antonio (Killswitch Engage) accompanied Eerie for the acoustic performance.

Generation have signed copies of the book here and at the store (210 Thompson St. in NYC’s West Village). If you’re a fan of The Misfits, Samhain, Danzig, Metallica or just amazing collections of photography, You NEED this book.
